The location was perfect, very close to regular public transportation, and the staff was extremely helpful, we loved the rooms with a terrace.

Very clean, helpful staff, pleasant ambience, great breakfast, ideal location. The rooms were bright and airey, the bathrooms roomy and pristine and the free wi fi was an unexpected bonus.

Efficient handy location, in palm trees. Also - so close to several restaurants and a large shop, and bars, resturants, shops & beach. Very nice stay for my friends wedding, no complaint.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the room had great amenities like a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my needs, with a great nearby restaurant called Marble Bar where I enjoyed some drinks and had a fantastic dinner.

bit noisy at the front of the hotel as there is a busy road - we didnt ask to be moved though as it wasnt too bad for us (living in a city). Pool a bit small but ok as it was out of season and I prefer the beach anyway (which was lovely)

Would have been useful to have hooks on walls to hang coats etc on. The "sewer" smell from bathroom would NOT have been missed. A common problem in Europe (other than UK) unfortunately.

The breakfast here is solid, got a nice view to enjoy. the coffee is top-notch, brewed in an Italian coffee machine. Rooms are big and the bed. so comfy. the bathroom is fairly clean too. 🌟

Very comfortable good location but only had one night in hotel so probably didn't have long enough to form opinion but based on our one night stay would certainly consider coming back.

We thought the hotel was excellent value for money. In a nice location as it was away from the hustle and bustle of Albufeira and Vilamoura but was on a good bus route or taxis available. The village of Olhos d'Agua was a pleasant stroll with plenty of restaurants and nice shops. The meals in the restaurants nearby were excellent value for money. The hotel staff were most pleasant and efficient. We were able to check into our room early which was welcomed. The breakfasts were excellent lovely and fresh for a continental breakfast. The rooms were spacious with balcony and spotlessly clean. The interior of the hotel was modern and comfortable. The pool area most pleasant. Overall a very enjoyable relaxing time at the Hotel.

This hotel has five star customer service. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for their customers. We stayed at this hotel during the volcanic ash crises in April 2010. Originally we were to stay for 7 nights but ended up staying for 11 nights. The staff made us feel very welcome and were unbelievably kind to everyone. Large glass of wine €2 - Bottle of beer €1.50! Guests also arrived from other hotels around that had hiked up the room price on them. The breakfast is lovely with lots of choice. The restaurant is on the top floor with lovely views around. The location is great with nice restaurants very local to the hotel and the village of Olhos d'Agua a ten minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This place offers clean and tidy units with lovely balconies in a central location close to a beautiful beach, restaurants, and popular towns.

Everything was all right. The hotel is situated very well - near the hotel turistic center, supermarket, cafe, bars and restaurants. The room is clean, There is all modern conveniences in the room - large bathroom, air-condition, large balcon with plastic furniture. The breakfast was very full - fruits, orange juice, coffee, cheese, ham, corn-flakes etc. The breakfast is served on the roof and you can see a great scenery. The staff is a very kind, polite and hospitable.
